Daly City Living
This space originally had no lighting and with such a volume of space it was not exactly welcoming to family living or entertaining. We made the space more inviting by embracing the scale with the addition of pendant lighting to draw the eye downwards and juxtaposing uplighting to highlight the sculptural line of the slanted ceiling and grand windows.

Marin Remodel
The dining room was not being utilized for entertaining at all due to lack of appropriate furnishings and had a rather unexceptional ambiance. (See before & after section)

Marin Remodel
The useless unattractive ceiling fan was replaced with a more festive light fixture and additional light sources were installed to create mood and light art work. Drapery was custom made to add more drama and overall use of earth tones makes the space much more inviting and cheerful. The chairs are a unique design that fits most body heights (from 5'-3 inches to 6'-4 inches) so any and all guests are sure to be comfortable. (See before & after section)

SF Penthouse
The developers of this highrise apartment building did not provide adequate lighting to any of the rooms. There were two sconces in the hallways and no other light fixtures in any of the rooms. Therefore, the biggest change was to provide light for living as well as an accent to furnishings and artwork. The color scheme was created to reflect the dusk and dawn colors of the sky as the 'sight' is a clear view of the changing light between day and night.
